Junior Chef students will spend 5 days learning basic kitchen skills and demeanor, how to cook French, Italian, Swiss, Greek, and German cuisine, and the links between food; culture; and sustainability. Chef Reto Biaggi not only teaches students to cook- he and his team empower students with basic kitchen safety knowledge, as well as educational activities like menu planning, fun food related crafts, and games with their peers.
