French cuisine is known for its “Mother Sauces”, but don’t be intimidated by the idea of making your own sauces at home. While admittedly not always, sauce can be a simple addition which will elevate your home cuisine.
Each class includes hands-on instruction and a full meal. We will have a complimentary red and white wine.
